It’s an amazing retreat tucked into the mountainside of the jungle. Away from the commercial area of the town and very peaceful. The staff and owner are very caring and accommodating.

“Incredible views of Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak from the lobby/restaurant area and our room. The staff have a great attitude, made us feel welcome and always went out of their way to help us with any queries we had. Romesh drew us a map of the route to Ella Rock which saved us getting lost! This was our favourite place we stayed at throughout our trip to Sri Lanka. We had the best sleep here and waking up to monkeys climbing on the balcony topped it off. Finally, make sure you get the coconut pancakes for breakfast - they were delicious.”

“One of the best places i ve ever stayed. The rooms are simple but cozy with mosquito net over a wooden bed. Whole place was very clean and staff were always smiling and helpful. It has quite a few stairs to the room but its in the trees and lots of monkeys there that come straight onto your balcony which was the highlight of the stay. All of us enjoyed this especially our 3 year old. Also our breakfast was very nice with freshfit smoothies”

“This boutique hotel is just gorgeous! It has a great view of Ella and the Little Ravana falls, such a beautiful deck to drink your coffee or tea in the morning and afternoon, for sunrise and sunset. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are exactly like the pictures posted on Booking.com. I would definitely visit this place again and just bask in the beauty of it all! A charming hotel, one of the best in Ella, I would go back there any day!!”

“ Breakfast was very good but it was the same every day. View from room stunning with lots of monekeys in the trees and visiting the balcony so best not to leave anything on balcony which we were warned by the host.”
